Shipping Policy
At SMATAN, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with some of the leading shipping partners in India, including Delhivery, Ecom Express, EKart, Fedex, and more to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and on time.
Order Processing:
We typically dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. For some products we may take 4-5 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp which you can use to track your order.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For customers in metro cities, delivery usually takes 2-3 days. For customers in North East and A&N, delivery may take up to 6-7 days. For the rest of India, delivery usually takes 4-5 days. Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can track your order through WhatsApp, our website’s “My Account” section, or via email at [email protected]. We will provide you with all the necessary information to track your order, including the courier company’s name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
Dispatch Location:
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in #94, Block-E, Sector-2, Bawana DSIIDC, Delhi-110039.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order that you have placed with us. We strive to make our cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please read our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details.
Cancellation Request Acceptance
We will wait for 24 hours to accept the cancellation request. If you cancel your cancellation request before 24 hours, your request will be accepted. However, if you request to cancel the cancellation request after 24 hours, only a fresh order can be placed and the courier charges will be deducted from the cancelled order.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse, we may still be able to cancel the order. However, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. If you cancel your order after dispatch and the cancellation is successful, we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
